Hi, currently looking at this example.
I have no idea how to identify the period of the net.
Can i have some opinions on it?
Thanks

One more
Does not look like my nets. One is green and has small holes and the others are the type cut from big camo netting. Maybe a Commonwealth item? Rich A. in Pa.

Knowledge is power, guard it well.
I would agree with Rich.

Hi, i'm not keen on this one myself. I have not looked for a while but BLUNDERBUS ANTIQUES used to have some of the 2 inch US nets at sensible prices as I recall, maybe worth a look. Leon.
A netted M1 is on my list for a long time but they are really tricky.
The helmet and liner are good but my concern was the net.
Thank you for your opinions.
Hey Nuno have you looked at Aarons (tinlid) thread on British and Canadian ww2 nets very extensive and top info, covers most types used.............Jake.
