    the second liner 1964 fiscal year july no documentation on exact dates or volume produced,the first two offical contracts for mass production of the new p64 liner m1 combat laminated nylon liner were awarded to firestone and marmac industries,yours being firestone,only seen 2 in four years,so even though there are even more rare models than this it is still by far quite rare in comparison with the ones produced and usually seen on ebay mostly dated between 1966-1973,dave.

    I as well believe the newer chinstrap and liner are Canadian as well just compared them to the two examples that I have here are there a lot number stamped on the chinstap such as ( LOT-01 )
