As predicted nearly all Ingersoll shells carry Anchor stamped chinstraps, both were produced between 65-67 when the logo was dropped, but continued to be made until the early 70's.

Thanks !
I think liner and shell are correct for a ca. 1967-68 era helmet, but it's safe to assume the cover will be 1970's-early 1980's dated unless you're lucky. However, original 1960's dated Mitchell covers in a matching condition are easy to find and not very expensive. A dated elastic helmet band may be a bit more expensive though.
Thank you guys for the help.
It is on its way to me so will post better photos soon :-)
Thanks !
Look for the 1969 Duck Pattern ERDL stamp below. Also printed in a somewhat different ink/paint that sits on the fabric surface rather than absorbed into the fabric such as the example below. That particular surface stamp is difficult to photograph.

Thanks - will do !
Here it is.
Shell has single marking, liner has dome marking along with suspension marking. The cover has a trace of a stamp - looks like it washed out over time.
Thanks !
Ingersoll shell with correct factory silca mixed paint, and Anchor marked T1 hook/buckle chinstraps, nice set.............
The liner could be dated on the webbing near one of the temples. Shell is indeed correct as stated above. You could think of getting a Mitchell-pattern cover, these are easy to find and the type used during the whole Vietnam-war.
