Nothing wrong with that, and for the price I think
you did well. It looks a good candidate for a
restoration, although some people frown
on the idea.........

Looks good for restoration to me, if it has been cleaned and any original paint removed the damage has already been done, there are a few threads on the m1 forum, have a look at what can be done, and at $20 thats a catch.
