I'm not an expert on the civil stuff, but I'm pretty sure this hat just requires a standard police hat, which are pretty easy to find.

Standard police Officials or so Visor Not rare but getting harder to find. Have a look here in cloth headgear at Stonemint's threads of police visors and you will find it. Prices on these civil hats have also gone up through the years. timothy

Actually it is in rough condition but it is always what the buyer wants to settle for.
Caps are easy to find. Just comparison shop before you buy and always be aware.

Tyler,
as I am sure you know, this tunic is for Polizei Verwaltungs Beamte, or Police Administration Officials, as indicated by the light grey piping. Visors for this branch of the police are among the most expensive, excluding of course Generals rank and Water police. They are a little harder to find, but you should be able to find one rather easily. The NCO visors are much, much rarer than the officer rank visors in the PV.

Verwaltungspolizei officer visors are hard to find, as it was one of the smaller uniformed police branches.

A decent price for the tunic but you can find a Rural Police or Municipal Police tunic for less and you can find a lot of visors for about half the price of an administrative visor.
