Looks fine to me, looks like an early war cap with nothing that stands out to me
Thank you, I knew it was early war. The color of the hat got me off guard, the dark color.
I think it might be a little bit of the lighting in the pictures the band appears to be black, and the top appears to be dark blue but almost appears darker from the lighting possibly
They said it is a black band, and a deep navy blue
The hat is Feurwehr not Feurschutzpolizei.
Tyler--it is the 1st model Feuerwehr (Fireman's) visor. It could be worn by either volunteer or full-time firemen.
