Fire police tinnie dated 36

Hey guys, I'm having a hard time finding info on this tinnie. Any help would be great guys!

It is for the 60th anniversary of the fire department in Jostein.

Why the police insignia? Is this a rare tinnie?

The fire brigade used the same insignia as the police. The cap badge being the same colour, cloth insignia are a different colour (carmine?)
Not listed in my book (Tieste 2 volumes) but so are many. I have 30 or so unlisted ones
Over 12,500 different tinnies were made and a great many have yet to be cataloged.
