It's a police based emblem, but I have reservations about the authenticity. Everything looks too crude. But, I don't know for sure.

I have never seen one of these before, but I can only agree with the above. It appears to be an extremley crude copy of a police cap badge.

Hi, I agree, the badge looks very poor in construction. The reverse appears to have been sanded/ground down before the pin was attached, not one I would want. Leon.
