Hello...I was wondering if this might be okay ??
I have had it black light tested and the front glowed like crazy in the daytime under low light
afterwards... The back wool did not glow at all...It has a "A" marked on the one prong and was told it was probably Assman & Sohn...

First impression to me is that this is a good one. I think it's a legit gorget manufactured by Assman and Sohn.

I was using a weak flashlight in the dark to charge... I don't own a blacklight flashlight like the man who tested it..However yes the buttons glowed as well..I'll post a better pic...M

I just put mine in the sunlight for 30 seconds to get it glowing like it did, then brought it into the bathroom and shut the door for a darkroom effect.

    Beautiful gorgets.

I find it amusing that I on occasion carried one as a member of the Royal Guards in Denmark when on guard duty at Kastellet.
Kastellet, Copenhagen - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

They had four of them, each had a text that said "Kastellet Vagt" (Guard) made of brass with a chain to go around the neck.
In each corner a stylised "drawing" of the ramparts.

    Still in use today.
