Can anyone tell me about this uniform, I was told it's a Schutzpolizei Des Reiches, I really don't know, thanks!

Looks like a BW tropical tunic with added Nazi insigna. These BW tropical or warm weather tunics were all over the place in the 70's with Nazi birds. timothy

Honestly, you don't need additional opinions. It is a messed-with post-war Bundeswehr tropical tunic.

(By the way, if the seller is so convinced of his piece, you could ask him for a view of all inside markings. Or why an alleged police tunic has an army breast eagle, but no police sleeve eagle.)
