What do you guys think about this Police eagle?

Hey guys was hoping to get some input on originality of this piece, it is the lightweight aluminum type. Thanks and oh yeah you can see one tip of one of the wings is bent.

I just love the Alders form in my example.
It's head reminds me of old Muppet Show character "Sam the Bald Eagle"

Are the pins glued in place? Is that excess metal bent over on the end of the wing that you mentioned? An unfinished item with glued on pins and that still needs its wings trimming or a copy IMO.

I'm sorry Jeff I can't make a call but the pins do appear to be glued in place.
Could it be a reproduction with period manufactured pins attached?
