A 1941 dated Messkit

For the first time a saw this german pattern messkit with
russian stamps.
If I am not mistaken it was made in 41r.

I would love to know what is the Name of the maker.

Its a Russian M36 messkit. I have seen this stamp before. K.R.Wibor. ??? Im sure, that someone knows it in the forum. Dom maybe??
