I have noticed that many sellers in the ebay sell soviet gas masks[ gp5 , pmg model] in a USA company's box [the box says that the mask is imported and distributed in the USA] . Are they original soviet made gas mask or american made replicas??

the cost of that gas masks is very low...

I am not aware of these, but I cannot see a US Company making replicas.

Knowing Soviet manufacturing, there are probably enough Soviet gasmasks in the world for every man, woman, child and sheep, that is living now or has ever lived. Thus, little scope for profitable reproduction IMO

Evirstar just repackages them. On the box it says "Imported and Distributed in USA by Evirstar Defense Products, LLC" I imagine this is just a way for dishonest sellers to say "New In Box!" rather than "Repacks from a crate found in Ukraine!"

A years ago in area where I live were stationed abandoned soviet base, which was a main depot for repairing ships. One of the stocks was filled with gasmasks, even after the fall of USSR and leaving this depot the gasmask was present over the years, just a year ago the stock were they was stored was demolished with its content. USSR made this masks which will cover the full planet, for next 100 years
