Gas Mask GP-2 Modell 1

Hi everyone,

I have a gas mask from Soviet Union, a GP-2, first model.

Does anyone know how to date this one?

The only markings is the ones on the filter, and no stamps or sign inside mask.

I have actually suspected this one to be fake, since it's soooo clean and neat but looking at other pictures I think its the real deal, and I was lucky. Expensive luck

Masks like this was produced from 1936 till end of 1940s
But "ГП" means "Civilian gas mask" - not military
