Navy dagger belt info help

Can you help with the date on this please?
No markings that I can see.
I'm not 100% certain the hangers and the belt were made at the same time; the belt looks/feels older.

Hi. This is the dagger belt worn with the soviet navy officers service uniform. It appeared around 1960 and remained unchanged until Glasnost. The earlier naval dagger belt was the same width as the hangers (called the ribbon belt) wich featured lionhead buckles that go back to the zsarist period.
