In this case, just use the old ГОСТ - requirements for matches manufacturing has not changed since 1945. In Russia now some manufacturers produce milk products using the Soviet "ГОСТ 1978".

Espenlaub Militaria, Antik1941 and other traders are not a 100 % guaranty for WW2 originality. You have to make your own researches, a good help is this forum. I dont like the modern red-green lenses and when I have a bad feeling, I better keep my hands off. Helped me a lot in the past.

That is true!
At the following website it is being suggested that this type of flashlight was being manufactured until 1963 by Z.H.G. in Moscow; https://reibert.info/threads/fonari-rkka.127674/ . This means that it could be produced during the war. The flashlight is not dated and possibly never changed during the period of production.
Unfortunately I never found a picture that shows a Soviet soldier who is equipped with this type of flashlight. It is doubtful.
