PEM scopes 1940 and 1943

Hello guys,

I have been offered these two scopes. One is a 1940 PEM with a Tula mount with caps and cover. The other one is a GOMZ 1943 scope. Also with caps and canvas cover. I would really appreciate some opinions on these items if possible

Late PEM scopes on PE Mounts?
At first glance the look good but the new reproductions of these scopes are pretty good. From my armature observation, a straight shot of the serial numbers is helpful for the scopes.
They are in amazing shape if legit! I've been looking for both!

Original GOMZ "siege" scope with "siege" top mount and "siege" canvas lense caps.
Another is original Progress scope at original Smirnskiy mount
Great scopes.

OK guys. It's getting a bit complicated now This guy have a few scopes he want's to sell.

Here is some more of the 1940 scope. The scope is made by "Progress" Leningrad 1940. Mount should be Tula no later than 1940. Mu name on the pics is just to make sure the seller have the items.
