Russian Belt? Opinions?

I have got this belt, but I am Not sure if it is Russian. I don’t know anything about it.opinions would be appreciated.

The type looks like Russian one - I have got Tsarist era belt of the same kind used by NCO's and officers but without the rivets. Yours is probably WWII piece.
