Russian Dog Tag Capsule Question.

Okay so I am planning on buying a bakelite Russian dog tag capsule like this.



And I was wondering if anyone knew what information or paper was normally stored inside, or perhaps has one of their own that they could show as an example. I wish to know so I may add my own information into mine once I have it.

Many Russian soldiers apparently considered it bad luck to fill in the details on the paper form !!
