Russian Translation Needed...Help Please

Hi, can someone please tell me the translation of this marking.... and the name in both English and Russian of this Factory marking?

It is same marking on my Russian wrist compass, and a practice RGD-33 grenade in my collection.
I just got the RGD and noticed it had the same marking and date. I have also seen another trainer RGD 33 just like this one, but with 1940 date.

I think it is Red Army factory #1 maybe?

Do you know where this factory was located?

I am trying to research this factory, so any help and information will be appreciated greatly.

Пожалуйста скажите больше. Mне больше об этой фабрике? Где это было расположено, в том, какими годами фабрика управляла, что еще они дМожете Вы, пожалуйста скажите больше ? и т.д.

Действительно ли я прав назвать это Красной Армейской Фабрикой *1, это правильно?
