Default Soviet Wartime Rifle/Submachine gun sling?

Just picked up these slings for a very good price! From the little research I've done so far I believe they are early war "cottage industry production", I found one just like this that was dated 1942. Mine have never had dates or they have just faded away. The straps and laces seem to be made from pigskin.

Please let me know your opinion on this one. If their good wartime slings like I think they are, I'm going to buy a couple more

Sorry I should have been more clear, I meant what are their value? I'm sure I payed far less than what their worth ($4.95 each) As far as what gun they were used on, I did some research and found a few photos of them being used on Mosin-Nagant PU sniper rifles. I think they were ment to be universal. I have an Original PU sniper though so I put one on that and it looks great

This slings are for PPS41 and PPS43. There was also similar one for SVT40, but it have wider canvas strap.
And you are correct, they are early war issued.
Price is great! Even here, in Ukraine and Russia they normally cost near 15$

    Best regards, Alex
