Soviet WWII Belt?

Hi all, I'm thinking about buying this belt.

Is it WWII or post war?

Here is a photo of Roza Shanina wearing one that looks identical to this one.

Model of 1932 - made postwar until 1947 I believe.

From the images, it appears the leather has been treated and the thread is an orange colour.

Is that correct?

Can someone give me some links to sites that sell original Russian stuff?

I know all the sites that sell German stuff but I just started collecting Russian.

If so, it may be a modern marriage of an older buckle on a 60s thru 90s belt. A common presentation/offering that I have come across before - on more than one occasion...

Really? wow, I didn't know Russian stuff was faked like German stuff.

Depending on what type of oil was used to treat the leather, it could be "correct". When I use certain brands of Neatsfoot oil on leather, sewn with all natural cotton thread, the thread does turn an orangey color, so I would not necessarily say that is wrong.
