USSR ammo pouches and bags

Hello there,

I have a few ammo pouches/bags i want to show, mostly because Ade thought it could be interesting. Don't know if it is. If anything they can be used for reference. Some is WW2 some is post war, and some i don't know to be honest. Some are for sale.

Two officers "tablet" bags. This one from 1951





This one is the same model. 1946 model stamped 1964





Cartridge pouch for Dyagterev RPD-44 MG. 1952 and 53. I have 4 of them. I wont post all



Here is one in white from 1970-80's. Pretty much the same design as you can see.





AK 74 mag pouches. 1989 I have 5 of these and 2 in green





PPSh mag pouches from 1961-63. Type-1. I have 10 of these. At least.





Cover for MPL-50 shovel. White/Green





Mag pouch for DP-27 "pancake" drum. Either late war of not later than 1950. No stamps I have 5 pcs





WW2 Carry bag for anti personnel glass mine PMD-6F. 2nd pattern





Same as above but 3rd pattern

Very good. My work was not wasted then The Soviet were not as particular making stamps and maker marks as they could have been.

Normally only first bag or device in the batch of 10 pieces has a markings, and/or paper label

What is the "contents" of this bag? IOW- the glass piece. (a cocktail or hand mine)? And, the bag is specifically designed to hold such a thing(s)?

Outstanding!!!! As my son seems to have finally settled on Soviet militaria as his primary focus, this thread will come on extremely handy. Seems Soviet reference material is quite hard to find......and so, we have the forum

It's a anti personnel glass mine. The PMD i guess. I believe the bag Dimas is indeed intended for carrying these mines. I looks like his holds 2 mines and detonators, where mine hold 4 mines and detonators. I you look at mine you can see 4 compartments.

Lars, my is the same- 4 bottles. The glass container is a rare war time charge for a liquid explosive, this glass container is to set up inside of wood mine, unfortunately I did not have it to show at the moment

Quite an old thread here, but if anyone is interested these are two examples of war-time manufacture Maxim Gunners Tool Kits bags.

A lot of the examples which have come out of the Ukraine in recent years have been of post-war manufacture particularly if they have metal tipped straps on the flap, but as far as is possible to say with undated items, I would be reasonably happy to say these are of war-time manufacture.
