Another ant, Thank you for the reference pictures and informative posts!

Very nice to see the post about the diffrent prongs that were used on these skulls.

I did not really know how to name this type of skull. Aldo pointed me in the right direction by giving me some search terms. I found alot of information and reference pictures by looking thru posts with "Berlin Hoard".

Maybe "Danziger" is better.. This skull also pops up with this name. However i never found out why it's called like that. Does anyone know this?

Edit: I did read / found out that its a traditional badge. But more info is hard to find, Which skull variants fall under "Danziger" ?

    Best regards,

    Dos

I received the TK by post today. I've tried my best for you all to make the best pictures possible. I don't have any high end camera to work with. And working with a mobile phone camera is always hard with the lighting and getting it somewhat sharp in detail. Hope these suffice!

There are some edges on the inside near the eye and nose cavities that stand up. I think this is due to the die-stamp / production process? (correct me if im wrong)

    A rare find.
I don't know what to think, but this type of skull already ran in the USA in 1939 too.
