cap eagle at local auction

this is a pic of a cap eagle that will be up for auction local to me - only pic of front. Is it enough for opinions? What should I look for on back? Based on previous auctions that had "SS" items it will probably go for over $100.

The head looks a bit weird mate, I think I'd keep clear of it but others know more than I so wait for their opinions
