That's the 1934 NSDAP Hoheitszeichen, with the Deschler mark.

Here is it used on a black SS cap. Such was very seldom used on SS peaked caps.

Yes this maker is widely faked. It is a F.Wagner and this one is original. The fakes can't copy the type of crimped attachment on this one yet, so there is the key to recognize It.
