Fake Danziger Skulls

I come across so many fake skulls in my quest to increase my collection that I thought I'd start a thread about them. I'll post what I come across and compare it with real versions from my collection or photographs. Hope fully this can help new collectors avoid the pitfalls.
My first entry is this rare type of skull currently listed on ebay. While it should be obvious that it is a cast fake, someone may eventually fall for it.

That one looks really convincing Chris. Has this one been posted on the forum previously ? I'd like to read the comments.

This is another common know fake that I have seen circulating on websites. There are some collectors who accept them as authentic variants but I'm not one of them.

These are convincing to look at but have a fake rzm m1/25 marking. The only marked Daziger's are stamped S & L for Steinhauer & Lück.

Easy to detect the common cast fakes sold on ebay as compared to these real, crisp die-struck so called "smiling" Danziger's.....

Another fake one that is pretty convincing to the untrained eye. In fact I fell for it and bought it on an impulse from ebay at the last minute without studying the pictures. After I scrutinized the photo's i realized I made a mistake and consulted with Sid who confirmed it as a junker. Thanks to him I got a refund.

Note the spacing on the teeth, flimsy rear attachments, sanding or grinding marks along front surface to create a false patina.
