M1 41 is Koehlers u Soehne of Altenburg, which is otherwise not known to have made these badges in the epoch.
The badge is similar to the Assmann in appearance, but the real Assmann is marked differently.

It is indeed a 60s fake mostly attached on black repro hats. The direct giveaway when attached on a hat are the sutures.
