    It appears to be a Heer Panzer collar tab insignia.

    As i'm a complete beginner(.....),do you think i can sell this item,is there a market for this kinda stuff?(serious question,like my cup of tea is US military history and relics...)

    Your badge is smaller for use on the collar patches, whereas my badge here is large for use on the cap, of which we have many on this site. Also, this little badge was used on the peaked cap of those units entitled to maintain the lineage and honors of the Danzig hussars, as well.

    It was normally identify SS skullhead digged upused for Panzerwrap, like you can see here...
