What about something like this? This is a dug piece from my collection, just trying to get an idea of the condition you are looking for.

Something like that, yeah.... having that sweet relic/worn and aged look with just about the right amount of finish remaining...

Is the one you just posted made of zinc? Really like it but I'd rather have some of the silvery finish remaning, would make it stand out more against the black background it will be displayed on

That's actually the one I was referring to, equals about 210 euros.... which I, with my very limited knowledge, feel is perhaps a bit too steep. It would be a nice one for my use though!

Haha, what were the chances? It's a fairly obscure site as far as I gather. I passed that one up because of the price also.

Hehe, yeah... obscure and with quite a few interesting relic items, but unfortunately they seem too expensive in most cases..
