Thanks to our Oberrhein colleague for the fine, fine images, displayed in a manner appropriate to the theme.

    Viel Sammlerglueck.

Messr Pascal has one of his caps for sale, then go buy it, and you will own a nice cap. I already have disrupted universal harmony enough in this calendar year.

He also includes very clear images of the rare alu badges in use on the grey headwear from 1936 more or less until the reign of the Feinzink emerged whenever that was,
which might have been with the mobilization for war or war itself.

I cannot overstate how pleasing it is to see the badges displayed thus, versus the visual pain caused by most "scull" posts.

Bravo. Fifteen and more years of work in these vineyards has taken its toll of my mind and my soul.

Also, the requirement at huge cost and time to replace cap badges pillaged by "scull collectors" also has worsened my charity and patience with life's challenges.

Messr. Pascal has offered us some wonderful images, part of his very fine collection. Hurra and Happy Holidays.
