My First Deschler TK

I have finally obtained a nice quality Deschler Tk for my collection. While I have to admit that the prices on these TK's are daunting, I became officially hooked as soon as I held it in my hand. These TK's are truly a work of art and I see many more in my future. Here are some initial photo's to peak your interest. Thank you Sid for vetting it for me.

Well it's not zinc, nor cupal or aluminum...so a tombak ? Looks high quality & I like it.

David, I believe it is cupal, at least that's how it was listed on the website. I think you can see some of the copper showing at the top the nasal cavity and on the chin in my photo's. The original photo's on the website were darker and showed up more as cupal. My photo's were natural light and you can see how they differ from one position to another.

Well its heavy in comparison to the only other 2nd pattern skulls I own, late war Assmann's.
