Sid, sorry for late reply, had emailed you but got bounced back. Thank you for taking another better shot for me. the picture you posted now is far much better than the initial pics. gosh imagine a badly taken picture would cast much negative doubts. I can see the recessed based and the "4" now is same as Bob's example. Next time, i would be more prudent in accessing the skull via internet pictures

Sid, to proper clarify on the above, this SP40 skull needs to be examine in hand, before we can say it is 100% authentic. yes there is very few examples around and I only have authentic one in my collection. Deschler fakes are easier to identify. Thanks.
