Latvian Fake
Hi Tigger
Skull of course ist fake.
But this is not replica of Latvian scull
Latvian skull looks different.
For me this skull ist a mix of Deschler type skull witch fantasy project after couple of joints
Pls compare to Lettische skull.
They are compleyly different
On the Latvian skull you cannot find any RZM or SS marks.
Overal schape is very haracteristic as you see and they were made from thiny ALu alloy
OMG that thing is a horror story in the greatest sense.(the second Totenkopf posted).
Do these really fool anyone? My 5 year old could make a better copy.
I didn't wrote that the skull is a copy OF a Latvian skull. I wrote that this copy is made in Lativia.
This skull is one of the ugliest..
Thanatos they dont need to fool anyone.
Their are orginals.
Maybe you 5year old could make better copy but this will be only copy.
Those posted above are orginals.
I never treat skulls wchitch one ist most beautiful and witch one ist ugly,
They are historical items
Hi mate,
I was referring to construction and took it for granted that it was a fake as I have not seen any examples of these before.
Could I ask who made this variant ?
No offence meant as I to agree that history is not ugly in any form it takes, it's history.......
All the best
Dave

Latvian skull and eagle variations have been discussed a few times before , as Sid points out the original posted skull is a fake made in Latvia , the second skull posted of the rather unattractive design is one actually locally made in Latvia.
