Hello, this is the Berlin Hoard type TK that come in two varieties as seen in that pile of skulls. You can do a search for Berlin hoard, hortfunde, etc to get more info on them. These are more common because there are so many on the market. I doubt it is cupal, they are not made that way. What you are seeing is the bare metal underneath the silver finish.
