Viz: this type has the signature grey interior.... such caps are really quite rare.

Gottlieb has this cap for sale, as well.
It has the high crown typical of later caps.

The officer cap on the Gottlieb site is reputed to have come from the Wolfe collection, but who knows?

There is also a similar cap on the Whamond site, too.
