In the case of these particular fakes, the giveaway characteristics on the skull are the lines on the upper "lip" that resemble a moustache and the '5' that droops down below the other letters/numbers in 'M1/52.' On the eagle, though it doesn't show in the photos you posted, the eye is grossly oversized and has an odd "boat" shape.

Besides these, there are several other less obvious design and construction characteristics, which differ from all originals by this maker, as well as material and finish differences from known originals. However, if you know the more obvious characteristics, you should have no problem spotting these particular fakes in the future.
