Thoughts on this cap eagle and Totenkopf?

Article about: For sale on a dealer's site, supposedly found in the Ukraine. Eagle is marked RZM M1/8 and the skull RZM M1/52. What do you gents think?

    a very quick evaluation: wrong sutures on the skull and the known chestfeathers on the eagle
