Article about: I would like to get some opinions on the SS button (mützen kopf). Thank you for your time.

    Some of the forums most renowned SS collectors have commented in the positive.
    I wasn't sure myself, but was happy with the consensus of opinion.

    To recapture :
    the button that started this thread is original ,
    and about the lack of pebbling in the eyes : " pebbling in the eyes " is not a simple trick solution to authenticity .
    This nice little detail is different among manufacturers : originals of 57/63 types will have it , but other originals ( like the threadstarter type 1194 ) will not .
