Years pass, and the knowledge with these badges has stagnated. That is, my call decades ago for the written, original paper sources as to
the process whereby these were programmed, budgeted, constructed, and so on in the epoch itself remains as empty as it was when this argument started nearly
two decades ago.
What exists are the badges, but Wim has shown us, as have others, remarkable documentary evidence surrounding many, many items.
The badge savants channel the voices they hear in the dark and so on. It is sad, really, to see something fail to evolve, when the
requirement is present. This site includes extraordinary documentary evidence about all kinds of objects, an effort by many which
has added texture and color to these things. Not so with these "dead heads."
