[Friedrich-Berthold]

These are images of the original collector, a Lodge or Hodge act soldier (German) who joined the U.S. Army in the Korean war and whose property this cap was until his death in the last decade. The photos are from April 1960 and they are not mine at all.

In April of 1960, I was all of seven years old and still two years away from my first piece of Nazi regalia. Like the first kiss and the first transport of passion, as it were......
