Zinc ss eagle opinions

This looks fine to me. Its non magnetic.......Zinc,right? back side of left wing has a rasied RZM mark. What would the correct description/application for this of this eagle be? I have a chance to get this for a real nice price,compared to what I have seen these offered for.

Just pay attention to the bird´s head and the bad swastika construction and you will see that it is junk.
