also the skull has the same lopsided grin.
Here in the US, the skull/crossbones and the number thirteen are common. There is a signification of some sort for the latter.

This appears to be a unique piece. I would doubt that a motorcycle club would have discovered the museum pennant Ade showed us and copied it. As to the piece that started this thread, soiid provenance would be required to establish authenticity to the 3rd Reich military. This would also be applicable to the piece in the museum.

for the origin of my pennant. I don't really know. At about two years ago, I bought ( to a friend in belgium ) somes us military items from 40's to the 70's area, and the pennant was in these items.
