This banner is approximately 9 ft by 4 ft and has a sleeve on one end making me think it is a banner and not a flag. Would this be a banner from 1933-1935 prewar period?

It could be as early as WWI, or Weimar period rather than early TR. The example I own also has just a sewn sleeve at one end, though is a different shape at the other end and is considered to be a WWI Foreign volunteers pennant.
