Yours looks good to me from your photos. Here is my example, Divisional Commanders verhicle pennant, this one appears in
the Luftwaffe 3 volume series of books by Bender/Angolia too, in volume 3. (it was from the Bob Sevier collection).

The detail looks good to me. The variance may be attributed to different manufacturers. In the mid 1960's, I had a metal version that was field made. The eagle only resembled a bird in form. There was no detail and undoubtedly, whereever it is today, 99% of the people who saw it would call it a poor fake.
