Desk Flag/Banner

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone could help me out on identifying this flag/banner. Would this be used as a desk flag? There doesn't seem to be any way to hang it up. Measures about just over 3 feet x 2 1/2 feet. Btw, the color red is darker, but the lighting/camera distorted it a little.

it is one of the manners used for attaching these items. They also could be held in place with a rod through a pocket in the banner.

Yep looks like a podium banner/flag. I like the fringe on it. My banner/indoor tapestry has the same type fringe except it's like 9 inches long. Nice to see the same type fringe on a different flag. Nice one there.
