this has some mothing, but i found it soo nice i bought it anyway : )
i have seen similar ones described as a DLV car pennant ,but i cannot understand how this was "fastened" to a car?
i have tried to search for photos on the net, but no luck.
this one was NOT advertised as a car pennant!

ps! this is kinda "bad english", but was it first NSFK, then DLV before NSFK started again?
The NSFK was founded in 1937 and absorbed the DLV. A metal mounting pole would be mounted to the front fender of an automobile. The pennant, housed is a weather protective case, would then be attached by the clips to the pole.
