DWH Pins

Good afternoon chaps,

I have come across a little box of goodies today with some medals, tank destroyer bits and these pins. Within that box was Hat/Lapel Pins alsorts. I am trying to research these pins. Are they German? I have checked in a Militaria Book, but no such luck.

Could you shed some light on what exactly are these Pins?

Looks to be a Crown above the letters , Imperial maybe ?

I believe this may be for the Deutsches Wohnungs-Hilfswerk, a Welfare Organization that provided Housing Assistance for Refugees, etc...

I can't positively ID it, but between the presence of a cross, a crown and the letter "D" in the abbreviation, I strongly suspect it to have something to do with the Diakonie (the welfare organisation of the Protestant Church).

It could be for some Diakoniewerk.

I take it their not worth much or not that rare. It was in a small box with a Second Class IC, first class IC, and Silver wounded badge Hat/Lapel pin.
