Flag or banner with questions

Hello,
I picked this up today with some other items to include two police helmets (I think) and three "mother's crosses". This item is approximately 4ft x 10ft with stitched symbol on both sides. Translation of the printing and any other information would be most appreciated. Also, an approximate value would be nice as it's always interesting to know if I bought the items for a fair price or not.

Thank you Sirs. Is the printing in picture 3 the address of the company that manufactured the banner or does it say something different than an address. Can anyone tell me the exact translation? There are a few small tears here and there on the red and also on the symbol on the reverse side. I paid around $100 for it. Is that a fair price?

I paid $480 for the flag plus these items and two US helmets, and Japanese and British bayonets.

That's what I like to hear. I was flying by the seat of my pants on this deal since I am not very educated on the values or current selling prices of these types of items.

That was sort of how I figured it when I came up with my offer. $100 each for the flag and German helmets plus $100 for the three medals and then another $80 for the bayonets and US helmets (1960's steel pots).
