Hello Everyone
I have never seen any of these, and so I am asking anyone here on the forum , what are your thoughts on this? Is it real?
Or did someone seen this kind of banner before?
The photos i got are not very clear but go ahead, all comments are welcome!
The size is about 3 X 5 feet.

Really need better close up pictures, the construction of the banner needs to evaluated.
